Golden Princess

Our Boat.

950 feet long.

2600 passengers, 1300 crew.

Top Speed - 21 knots.

The extra $ for a porthole view is worth it - even if obstructed somewhat. Some of my best shots were through the window.

Inside Passage

Griffinworks?

Griffin Crafts was my first paternal ancestor to hit the shores of what would become Massachusetts, in 1630. Hence, Alpha.

My maternal grandmother, Lola Works, was the last of my grandparents' generation to pass on. Hence, Omega. Griffin Works is Alpha to Omega. I kinda liked how it sounded.

Just back from Alaska. Cruised the inside passage. Nice. My kids said I should post. You know, pics. So, I'll give it a try.

The Beginning

My children began down this blog road - I'm just following. All new to this old man.

This isn't religious - the Alpha/Omega stuff. It's just relating to family history.
